| Bizuking

As we wrap up 2025, we’re proud to share some of Bizuking’s pro bono and volunteer activities that helped early-stage businesses, students, and entrepreneurs unlock their potential.

This year, our team dedicated time and expertise to four initiatives that align deeply with our values of impact, inclusion, and growth:

🎓 IESE Business School – We Start & Other Mentoring Programmes (International)

This year, we extended our collaboration with IESE Business School mentoring programmes by joining the We Start initiative (WeStart | IESE Business School) as mentors for early-stage entrepreneurs. We Start is part of the IESE Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center’s initiative to create a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors to make a positive impact in our society.

🇺🇸 Black Ambition (USA)

We were honoured to have been invited to act as business judges in several stages of the Black Ambition Prize competition (Black Ambition | Home) from first‑round evaluations to the semifinals.
This initiative champions entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds across the United States, and it has been inspiring to review and give advice to a bunch of bold, creative, and socially significant ventures.

🎓 Kingston University London – Beyond Barriers (UK)

Every year, Beyond Barriers (Beyond Barriers mentoring scheme | Kingston University London) pairs around 300 students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds with industry professionals. For the second time, we mentored a final‑year student, providing guidance and support and encouraging them to grow, develop, and fulfil their potential.

💡 Kingston University London – Bright Ideas (UK)

Bright Ideas (Bright Ideas Competition 2025/26 | YouNoodle), Kingston University’s flagship ideas competition, gives students a platform to pitch and refine their business concepts. For the second year in a row, we joined the judging panel assessing students’ business ideas in this award-winning programme. We look forward to the final celebration event in February 2026!

🤝 Why We Volunteer

We know how tough it is to build a business from scratch. The right guidance can make all the difference, preventing common mistakes and accelerating the journey to success. Participating in those initiatives is one way to give back the support we received from others in the past, promote our company values, and have a tangible impact on our local and extended communities. In this case, by helping businesses and entrepreneurs who otherwise could not benefit from the services we provide to our clients.

We look forward to continuing our commitment to education, entrepreneurship, and diversity in 2026 and beyond.
